The barrier "SICURMORE" class H2 - H3 - H4 is again in preliminary investigation after the filing by Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transports (Italian law D.M. 21/06/2004). CAR S.r.l. appealed against this filing to TAR Lazio which accepted this request by the following sentences:

  • N. 200709626 - 02/10/2007 for SICURMORE H2
  • N. 200709631 - 02/10/2007 for SICURMORE H3
  • N. 200709632 - 02/10/2007 for SICURMORE H4
